Shipping methods and costs
The Arbor ships orders on Tuesday and Friday. A physical address is required for shipping. For domestic shipments, we calculated your shipping charges at checkout so you know what you’ll be charged before you complete your order. Delivery is 2-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order.
Shipping & handling charges for your order are calculated as follows:

Purchase Amount $0.00-$45.00 $45.00-$75.00 $75.00-$100.00 $100.00-$150.00 $150.00 and over

Standard Shipping $9.95 $12.95 $14.95 $16.95 12% of invoice

We ship priority mail whenever possible. Larger orders will be shipped Ground via UPS. The method of shipping will be at our discretion. You can also request UPS Next Day by calling us at 503-588-1330 or toll free at 866-588-1330. Here at The Arbor, we keep shipping costs as low as possible by choosing the ground shipping method that is the most cost effective.
